Abu Dhabi - Yas Marina 03.11.2013

Everyone came in fine mood, some drivers didn't show up like Tefik Saiti, Aleksandar Stefanovski and Antonio Ivanov but the others were ready and prepared waited for their seats.

After 5minutes of warm-up everyone went on their starting positions.

Lights went-off with F.Galevski keeping the lead for difference in India where he lost it and Gorgi Ristovski slip through past Avramovski who was now on 3rd with Teo Stojanovski speeding up side-by-side and Kodi right behind them! In turn 2 Gorgi Ristovski touched F.Galevski and both spinned so T.Stojanovski took the chance and the lead followed by D.Avramovski, Kodi Nikola, Timotej, Darko Ristovski, etc.

On the end of lap 3 race control failed and race was red-flagged and restarted but now with different starting order, Galevski 4th, Gorgi Ristovski 10th while Avramovski was 2nd behind Teo Stojanovski.

When the lights went off for second time this time Avramovski managed to keep his position and escape with T.Stojanovski in the lead while F.Galevski had problems but then due to problems with the race control , again, the race was set to be restarted once again. Everyone parked their cars and they had 10minutes free time before they start again, in good faith the problem will be solved and it was!

Being already behind the time schedule now things were done in rush. Race restart took place for 3rd time and it seemed that this would be final! And so it was!

Stojanovski 1st, Avramovski 2nd, K.Nikola 3rd, Galevski 4th - G.Ristovski 10th

The closest title contenter to Avramovski, Gorgi Ristovski was 10th and that was good sign for Avramovski and his Championship Title chances.

Lights went off 3rd time and T.Stojanovski went away in the lead, Avramovski struggled after T.Andonovski showed great speed and he took 1st place by Turn1.

After the chaotic and 3rd restart the starting order was totally different, Avramovski was 5th, G.Ristovski was 6th, Stojanoski was 2nd, Timotej was 1st and Galevski managed to sneak on 3rd.

Then on Lap 2 Avramovski made a move on D.Jovanovski who was running on 4th in that moment, and when it seemed that he was going to pass without any problems, on Turn1 big crash occured in the back at high speed which Avramovski couldn't escape, even 50m in front, Kodi Nikola was out of the race, Valentin either, Igor had big problems but continued. Both brothers Gorgi and Darko Ristovski went in front of Avramovski, 5th and 6th, Darko Jovanovski kept his 4th position, and the leading trio of now F.Galevski, T.Andonovski and T.Stojanovski escaped far away in front. D.Avramovski wasn't hidding his anger, and he had a very good reason not to. However he was in unlucky situation the luckiest driver. He did suffered severe car deformations and aerodinamic problems but somehow he continued! Not only he continued but he went gambling and he gambled good by not repairing nothing of it, although holding the steering wheel on 75 degrees. But surely, if he did, he would stuck in the PIT for more than a minute.

And it's true no one expected but he was back and even he past both brothers, caught D.Jovanovski and past him again on same turn but this time no one was behind to trouble him. Avramovski was now 3r and some time after T.Andonovski did mistake and crashed alike G.Ristovski before 1 lap and both were placed 6th and 7th

T.Stojanovski battling with F.Galevski made mistake and crashed into the wall too, which meant Avramovski went 2nd, D.Jovanovski 3rd, D.Ristovski 4th, T.Stojanovski 5th. G.Ristovski 6th

Now F.Galevski was left on 1st position being chased by handicaped Avramovski.

When F.Galevski went to change the tyres, the gap was 6 seconds, lap later Avramovski went for new tyres and then he went out with only 5 seconds of GAP and plus lap fresher tires. Meanwhile D.Ristovski made pass over D.Jovanovski through the pits which was enough for him to secure his 4th podium and continue with his consecutive finishing in points now increased to 10gp's !

On the first two positions, it was nothing over with Avramovski catching up on Galevski, and in 2 laps to the end he past Galevski, but with the problems he had controling the car under the heavy pressure of F.Galevski it was almost impossible and he was unable to keep him behind. Galevski too simply didn't gave up and with strong battle in the last km he won the race! It was chaotic and dramatic race, once again, in which, now F.Galevski is the new and 4th winner in this season. After 11 driven GP's and his 8th F.Galevski won a race. From all 4th winners he is 3rd placed for driver who won after 7 GP's. T.Stojanovski won on his 2nd GP, G.Ristovski won on his 9th.

T.Andonovski won his first fastest lap during one race and lead the race for 1 lap, D.Jovanovski also today was leading 1 lap for the first time.

Filip Galevski wins chaotic Abu Dhabi !

After the race comments:

F.Galevski who won the race said: "I am deligthed with today's race also happy to win it because Avramovski made sure i worked hard for it. He took the lead with 1 lap to the end and i wasn't prepared to lose again. Congratulations to Avramovski also, we put on a great show for those who were at Race Place watching the race."

D.Avramovski who lost 3 positions on the start, while attacking for 4th place on Turn1 on Lap 11 has suffered severe car problems as he was hit in the high speed crash that was ongoing behind his back, he said:

"I cannot say that i am dissapointed, i am happy for what i achieved today knowing what car i was driving today, compared to all the others, i was handicaped. I could've won for sure, but things like this happen, not so often things like what happened to me today but they do, it seems i run out of luck (meh) I scored points good for me and my Championship battle with Gorgi Ristovski and i am leaving with positive attitude. Congratulations to F.Galevski who drove great race and he did deserved to win today!

D.Ristovski who was on moments 7th managed to get to the podium:

"Congratulations first of all to F.Galevski who won his first race and the fact he did it before i did motivates me do drive faster and harder next time (laughs) No seriously, congratulations to him! I was more or less slow, tried to manage the tires and take advantage there in which i succeed so i am happy i did it the right way, its a plus for me. I won my 4th podium and i am happy for it really. Teo Stojanovski is now within reach so i am looking up to the next races. Also i would have forgotten but congratulations to Avramovski also on his amazing race as he was baddly hit, as he is my brother (G.Ristovski) for best for him i hoped Avramovski was out (laughs) but then he went back on track, however i didn't expected from him to be wheel-to-wheel next to me and he past me, he past my brother and he past D.Jovanovski. He was running 2nd most of the race i tried to close on him but i couldn't more. And in the last laps when i saw him taking the lead i thought no way its impossible he has car problems. He drove it great race!

Gorgi Ristovski however had problems and finished the race once again on 6th. Two consecutive races in which he finishes 6th while Avramovski won once and finished second making the biggest difference up-to-date with 64 points.

"I really tried to stay out of the trouble in Turn1 and try to profit as much as possible through the race, but i was mistaken and i underestimated the fully potential of D.Jovanovski for example and i really didn't expected from T.Andonovski to be that fast. I was on time 6th theb 5th and when Avramovski stuck into my rear i did mistake after Ascari turns and crashed into the wall leaving me with no front wing, again. So from there on i had no chance for higher than 6th. We have another 4 GP's and it will be almost impossible to catch Avramovski, but i will do my best! For myself and the people who supported me and came to visit us and me myself during the races, in these late sunday nights. Congratulations to F.Galevski! At least i can be happy that he won the race and not Avramovski (meh)
